No, it is not possible to upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan. Once you have subscribed, you will have access to the features and benefits of that specific plan until its expiration.

If you purchase a new subscription while there is currently one active, the new subscription will replace the existing one. Subscriptions do not stack, if you have the Ultimate plan, then purchase the Standard plan, you will simply be downgraded and your old subscription will be invalidated. We advise you to wait until your subscription is 12-24 hours of expiring before purchasing a new package. You will receieve an alert in your Dashboard warning you if the subscription is within 24 hours of expiring. You can also click on "My Account" to view your subscription expiration date. If on desktop the "My Account" button will be at the top right of the webpage, if on mobile, click the dropdown menu at the top of the website then select "My Account". Upon clicking, there will be a pop-up box that has a "Active Until" section, this is the exact time and date your subscription will expire.

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and PayPal. When you proceed to subscribe, you will see the available payment options. Choose the one that is most convenient for you.

All of our subscriptions/plans are non-renewal payments, meaning that we will not automatically charge you. To cancel your subscription, you do not need to contact us, you may simply may stop re-subscribing and making new payments to us.

Refunds are only available for cancellations made within the first 3 days of the subscription period. If you cancel within this timeframe, you will be eligible for a refund. Please note that refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after the initial 3-day period.

The 'Set Delay' feature adds a delay between each viewer, making the viewership look more natural and organic. It helps to avoid sudden spikes in viewer count and creates a more realistic streaming experience. For example, with a delay of 10 seconds you will receive 6 viewers per minute.

By selecting 'Traffic Origin', you can choose popular locations from around the world. This feature helps you to appear in the Recommended tab of Twitch or Kick, attracting organic viewers and growing your viewer base.

The 'Auto Start' feature allows your configured settings in the Dashboard (delay, view count, and enable/disable follow raid) to automatically be applied upon your livestream going online. To customize the Auto-Start settings, you simply change the settings as if you were going to normally send yourself views, then click "Configure" upon clicking this button it will prompt you to verify the settings, then you simply click "Confirm". Then the next time you go live, your configured views and delay will automatically be sent to your livestream. You can update these settings anytime by simply adjusting the settings in the dashboard then clicking "Configure" again, you can also disable this setting after clicking the Configure button by switching off the "Enable AutoStart" switch, then clicking Confirm.

The 'Follow Raid' feature allows you to raid other channels with your viewers, this feature is capped at 80%-90% of your views being used. For example, if you enter /raid command in your chat and you had 100 viewers being delivered to your stream with our service, you would receive around 80% joining the raid and following over to the raided channel. Please note, the raided viewers slowly will drop out of the stream over the course of 15-30 minutes to mimic human behavior.

Yes, you have the flexibility to send viewers to both Twitch and Kick simultaneously. This allows you to increase your viewership on multiple platforms and expand your reach.

Currently, you can stream to only one Twitch channel at a time. However, if you wish to stream to multiple Twitch channels simultaneously, please contact our support team to discuss your requirements. We are continually working on adding new features and functionalities based on user feedback.

If you have sent viewers but they are not appearing immediately, try refreshing the page on your livestreaming platform. In some cases, viewers may not show up until you refresh. If the issue persists, try stopping and restarting the viewers. If the problem continues, please contact our support team for further assistance.
